Troubleshooting
The add-on shows PERMISSION_DENIED
Confirm that you are signed in with the account that installed and authorized the add-on. During development, launch the document from the saved Apps Script test deployment instead of copying a temporary addon_dry_run URL between browsers.
No reminder email arrived
Use Send test email to me, then check Spam and All Mail. Scheduled reminders run around the configured hour in the spreadsheet timezone. Google quotas and temporary delivery delays can also affect sending.
A row is missing from Preview
Check that the date is valid, the email address is valid, the status is not configured as complete, and the current day matches the reminder cadence.
How do I stop messages?
Select Pause follow-ups. You can also mark the source row with a completed status such as Done, Complete, Paid, or Closed.
How do I remove stored data?
Pause and uninstall Deadline Chaser, revoke its access in your Google Account, then unhide and delete the _Deadline Chaser ID column and _Deadline Chaser Log sheet if you no longer need them. Contact support for help removing stored configuration.
